Champion is looking for professional independent (IRS 1099) sales reps who can dedicate themselves to helping non-profit youth organizations raise money. Champion sales reps typically work from their at-home office and make sales calls in an exclusive multi-county sales territory. Compensation is on a "commission only" basis, and you can expect it will take two or three months to develop cash flow and one to two years to build a significant income. Sales reps should have the capacity to financially sustain themselves and pay for routine business expenses as they are building a repeat customer base and an income. A four-year college degree plus two or more years sales or teaching experience are required. Service on a board of directors of a youth sports organization is a plus.
