FAQ - Gourmet Food

Will Champion sort and pre-pack sellers’ orders?

Short Answer: Yes . . . and for most youth organizations there is no charge for this service.

Long Answer: When Champion receives your players’ tally sheets we will data-enter their orders into our order entry system. This system will not only produce a comprehensive computerized summary of your fundraiser, but it is also capable of printing “pick lists” and box labels for the orders sold by each of your players. If your organization sold 800 or more items, we will automatically set it up for a no-charge sort & pre-pack operation. (If your organization sold less than 800 items, then there will be a charge for this service since the expense of providing this service for small orders cannot be wholly absorbed by “economies of scale”.)

Every player’s order is packed in a corrugated box along with a copy of their original tally sheet, and the box is labeled on the outside with the player’s name, the player’s team name and division, the number of items that the player sold and—if it took more than one box to pack the player’s order—the total number of boxes the player should take home. You’re going to love how every order comes off our refrigerated truck, the accuracy of the computerized accounting and packaging, and how easy we make the entire delivery and distribution process!

They enabled our Little League to exceed our fundraising goals, and helped us to build a league-wide event that all of our players and their families enjoyed.
