When must we pay for our discount cards?
Short Answer: Within 15 days of receiving them. However, if that is not possible, let us know before you place your order and we’ll change the payment terms to accommodate you!
Long Answer: Even though our regular payment terms call for payment within 15 days of shipment, not all youth organizations have the ready cash to pay for their discount cards just as their fundraiser is getting under way. If that is the case with your organization, just let us know up-front how you would like us to structure your payments. You can then pay part of the total when you receive the cards and the balance can be stretched over the term of your fundraiser so that, as your members turn in the money they collected for the discount cards they sold, you’ll be able to pay the balanced owed.
